All of our test fits are architect-reviewed and ready for your leasing conversations.
Each test fit includes free revisions for 40 business days.

Uncertain what the tenant needs? We'll happily meet with them to understand their needs. Meetings are billed separately as additional flat fees of $295 for virtual meetings or $1,995 for in-person meetings. Current test fit duration

$9,995 minimum With the test fit complete, we're ready to move efficiently into construction drawings. Because we have already test-fitted the space, we can produce accurate permit sets quickly.
We price our services based on the square footage of the space and rental rate in the final lease agreement. We price this way so that you can budget ahead of time exactly what selecting Burvo for your construction drawings will cost.
The number of included site visits is based on the total project size and the lease rate. Where we provide services
Our parent company, Section Co., is a fully licensed architecture firm. Through that relationship, Burvo brings the legal and regulatory expertise needed to move your project from concept through construction.
Because architectural licenses are state-specific, we maintain the required approvals in every state where we operate. We're expanding rapidly and plan to serve 29 states by the end of 2027. On the map below, blue shows our current service area and yellow marks the states next in line for expansion.
